We may update, improve, or add new features at any time.
Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of these updates.
3. User Registration
To access full platform features, users must:
Create an account with accurate and current information
Keep login credentials confidential
Inform us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are solely responsible for all actions performed under your account.
4. Subscription & Payments
GSS operates as a subscription-based service.
- All fees are clearly displayed during signup or as per your service
- planPayments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways
- Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled beforehand
- All applicable taxes or gateway charges are borne by the user
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Key points:
- Refunds are only issued or Duplicate Payment 15 days.
- No any Refunds (transaction charges deducted).
6. Data Privacy & Protection
Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy. GSS does not sell, misuse, or exploit your data.
Users retain complete ownership of their patient and clinic data
All data is stored securely on encrypted cloud servers
We do not use your patient data for marketing, ads, or third-party promotions
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use GSS responsibly and only for lawful medical and administrative purposes.
Prohibited actions include:
Fraudulent or unauthorized usage
Copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or reselling the software
Uploading viruses, malicious code, or attempting cyberattacks
Violation of these rules may lead to immediate suspension or termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All software features, tools, content, website elements, UI/UX, and underlying source code are the intellectual property of Gour Software & Services Pvt. Ltd.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
SoftyCare is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for:
- Loss of data due to user error or external issues
- Service interruptions due to maintenance or third-party tools
- Delays or failures outside our reasonable control
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SoftyCare if:
- You breach these Terms
- You fail to make payments
- We detect misuse or illegal activity
You may also terminate your subscription anytime by notifying our support team.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings held in [Indore, India].
